TAILI is an oil-immersed type transformer manufacturer and supplier. Our products are power transformers in which the iron core and windings (coils) are completely immersed in specially formulated insulating oil (transformer oil), with the oil serving as the main insulation and cooling medium.
Core: A magnetic path formed by stacking silicon steel sheets, grounded.
Winding: High and low voltage coils made of copper or aluminum wires, the core component for generating electromagnetic conversion.
Oil tank: Welded with steel plates, capable of holding the transformer body and insulating oil, requiring sealing.
Insulating oil: Usually mineral oil. Provides insulation, heat dissipation, and arc extinguishing functions.
Relying on the natural convection of oil or forced circulation, the heat is transported from the interior to the heat dissipation devices in the oil tank.
Common cooling methods:
· ONAN (oil-immersed self-cooling): Heat dissipation through natural convection of oil and air (box walls or heat dissipation fins). Suitable for small and medium-sized transformers.
· ONAF (oil-immersed air-cooling): Install fans on the heat dissipation devices to force air cooling. Increases capacity.
· OFAF (strong oil air-cooling): Use oil pumps to force oil circulation and strengthen forced air cooling. Used for large transformers.
· OFWF (strong oil water-cooling): Use oil pumps to force oil circulation and cool the hot oil through water coolers. Forged transformers or areas with sufficient water supply.
· Oil reservoir (oil pillow): Adjusts the volume of oil according to temperature changes, reduces the contact area between oil and air, and delays oil aging.
· Absorber (breather): Contains silica gel, absorbing moisture from the air entering the oil reservoir.
· Gas relay (gas relay): Installed on the oil pipe, when a minor fault occurs internally or a severe fault causes oil flow surging, it sends a signal or trips. The most important non-electrical protection.
· Explosion-proof tube (pressure relief valve): When the internal pressure increases sharply, breaks the explosion-proof membrane or opens the valve to release pressure, preventing the oil tank from exploding.
· Thermometer: Monitors the top oil temperature.
· Oil level indicator: Indicates the oil level in the oil reservoir.
