Key operating points

When you are operating the 3-Phase Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer, you must pay attention to the following points:

1. Operating Specifications: When dealing with oil, fire prevention and explosion protection must be observed. Before operation, static electricity should be released to avoid sparks caused by the collision of metal tools.

2. Personnel Protection: During inspections or operations, insulated shoes should be worn, safety helmets should be worn, and a safe distance should be maintained.

3. Maintenance Safety: During maintenance, the high and low voltage switches must be disconnected first, and electrical testing and grounding should be performed.

4. Emergency Handling: In case of fire, the power supply should be immediately cut off, and dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers should be used to extinguish the fire. Water is strictly prohibited for firefighting.

5. High Voltage Connection: When installing the oil immersed transformer, it is strictly forbidden to connect with copper rods using aluminum wires or aluminum plates to avoid corrosion.
