Our Solid Insulated Switchgear (SIS) is a modern, compact, and eco-friendly medium-voltage switchgear that uses solid epoxy resin to encapsulate live electrical parts, providing insulation and protection without relying on SF6 gas, making it maintenance-free, highly reliable, and environmentally sound. It reduces equipment size, protects against harsh conditions, and is designed to replace traditional Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) and Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS).
1. Encapsulated terminal block: This is the core component. It integrates the vacuum interrupter chamber, upper and lower outgoing terminals, etc., through epoxy resin into a solid and sturdy unit. This eliminates the reliance on air distance for insulation between phases and relative to the ground.
2. Compact modular design: Each switch phase is an independent module that can be flexibly combined, significantly reducing the cabinet size.
3. Fully sealed structure: The entire conductive circuit is sealed within solid insulating materials, unaffected by external factors (such as condensation, dust, dirt, small animals, etc.).
4. Utilization of vacuum interrupting technology: The breaking current is accomplished by the vacuum interrupter chamber, which is currently the most environmentally friendly and reliable arc-extinguishing method.

3. Miniaturization: Due to the dielectric constant of solid insulation being much higher than that of air, the required insulation distance is significantly shortened under the same voltage level, resulting in the switch cabinet volume being only about 1/3 of that of air-insulated cabinets.
4. Maintenance-free: The solid-sealed terminals are basically of permanent design, and the internal components are not affected by the environment, achieving minimal maintenance or even maintenance-free equipment.
5. Flexible installation: Small in size and light in weight, it can be installed in spaces with limited space, and even can be arranged in three-dimensional layout.
