3. Spare parts: Use original or certified spare parts, especially sealing rings, lubricating grease, etc. Incompatible components may lead to performance degradation or failure.

4. Environmental control: Maintain the environment of the switch room dry, clean, and well-ventilated to avoid condensation and corrosive gases.

5. Record and archive: Record detailed data from each inspection, maintenance, and testing. Establish a device health archive. By comparing data longitudinally, early deterioration trends of the equipment condition can be detected.

6. Prohibit unauthorized modification: Strictly prohibit any form of modification to the cabinet structure, electrical circuits, or insulation structure.
