The TL-Air-12 series SF₆-Free gas-insulated AC metal-enclosed switchgear is designed for 12 kV medium-voltage power distribution systems. It uses dry air or dry nitrogen as the insulating medium and vacuum interrupters for current interruption, providing an alternative to conventional SF₆-insulated switchgear.The high-voltage components are enclosed in a welded 304 stainless-steel gas tank. The sealed gas tank provides protection for the internal components against external environmental conditions, while the compact gas-insulated design helps reduce installation space.
The TL-Air-12 is available in circuit breaker and load switch configurations, with rated currents of 630 A and 1250 A. The switchgear incorporates a five-prevention interlocking system and supports flexible busbar expansion for different distribution arrangements.
The product is suitable for utility distribution, industrial power systems, renewable energy projects, commercial facilities and transformer substations where SF₆-Free medium-voltage switchgear is required.
