The cable accessories produced by TAILI are important components used for installation, connection, sealing, protection and management of electrical or data cables. By connecting the cables, connecting them to equipment or protecting them from moisture and stress, they ensure the safe, reliable and efficient transmission of power or signals. Examples include connectors, seals, terminations and ropes, etc. They restore the performance of the cables at the joints and terminations, extend the service life of the cables, and maintain the integrity of the system in power grids, substations and industrial facilities, together with the cables forming a complete and functional network.
1. Electrical connection function: Ensure reliable connection of the cable conductors with those of other devices, maintaining a low-resistance and low-loss path.
2. Insulation recovery function: At the cut ends of the cable, the accessory must provide insulation strength equal to or even stronger than that of the cable itself to withstand the system voltage.
3. Electric field control function (the core technology): This is the essence of the accessory design. After the cable is cut, the uniform electric field distribution inside it will be severely distorted, resulting in extremely high electric stress concentration at the conductor ends (a sharp increase in electric field intensity), which is highly likely to cause insulation breakdown. The accessory re-establishes the uniform electric field distribution through structures such as stress cones and stress tubes.
4. Sealing protection function:
- Longitudinal waterproof and moisture-proof: Prevent water from entering along the cable interior or interface, leading to a decline in insulation performance.
- Radial sealing: Prevent corrosion of the connection points by the external environment (moisture, chemicals).
5. Mechanical protection function: Provide certain mechanical support, shock resistance, and tension resistance to protect the vulnerable connection points.

•Weather resistance/corrosion resistance: Anti-aging, strong environmental tolerance
•Cold shrink accessories: Silicone rubber/epoxy rubber, with elasticity, contract after installation, good sealing performance, commonly used for medium and high voltage.
