The outdoor VCB (vacuum circuit breaker) has become the mainstream and preferred technology for replacing old oil circuit breakers and SF6 circuit breakers. It plays an irreplaceable role in improving power supply reliability and achieving distribution network automation.

· Control Function: According to operational requirements, the circuit can be manually or remotely switched on or off.

Product application

Outdoor vacuum circuit breakers are the cornerstone for building intelligent and robust distribution networks, and are widely used in:

· Segmenting and interconnecting of 10kV/35kV distribution lines: Divide the long lines into several segments. When any segment fails, it can automatically isolate the faulty segment and restore power supply to the non-faulty segments.

· Customer demarcation point: Installed at the incoming line of dedicated transformer users. When a fault occurs inside the user, it can trip quickly and isolate the fault on the user side, avoiding affecting the main lines at the higher level.

· Outgoing switches of substations.

· Connection points for new energy generation (photovoltaic, wind farms).
